Dr. Schneider

Dr. Alfred Schneider is a graduate of
Wayne State Medical School in Detroit, Michigan. He
graduated in 1980 and began his surgical residency in Mt. Carmel
Hospital that same year. Dr. Schneider began a private
surgical practice in 1985 at St. Joseph's Mercy Hospital in
Macomb. He has continued to practice at St. Joseph's for 20
years. In 2003, Dr. Schneider began to devote a
portion of his practice to laparoscopic bariatric surgery and
weight loss for the morbidly obese. A very important aspect
of Dr. Schneider's career is traveling to underdeveloped countries
offering medical care to people who would otherwise have no access
to health care. |
